Hi there, I live in Bulgaria and to all the people that own a property here I would like to say that they should have a house insurance,especially if they don't live here permanently just in case something happens.It is not expensive,but may save you a lot of troubles

They offer wide cover and do not insist on you maintaining your heating to a specific temperature in the winter or insist on you draining your water. You can even pay your premium over 12 months at no extra cost. But the biggesst benefit was the claims service. Reported and settlement in my back accoutn within 7 days. Can't fault it
