Don't think there is a bus route that goes from Arroyo station direct to the Balmoral. You would need one bus to get you down to the N340 and then another bus along the coast road.

There is a flat-rate taxi service in the Benalmadena area which costs around €6. This varies depending on the day and the amount of luggage you have. There is a taxi rank outside Arroyo station.
