Thanks Baldur that is incredibly low wages. I can't get my head round it and how Bulgaria will develop in the next few years. I guess Bulgaria will attract foreign manufacturing with low plant costs due to low wages.
Just a thought could I buy a right hand drive car such as a Ford or whatever in Bulgaria at a low price?
Stuart
Don't think that you are likely to find many (if any) right-hand drive vehicles in BG, most 2nd-hand ones originate in Germany, from what I've seen, and new ones are almost certainly going to be left-hand drive.
Cars are 'relatively' cheap but it can be a bit of a nightmare for a foreigner to purchase, due to red tape - (surprisingly, even brand new cars have to pass the equivalent of an MOT before they can be legally driven!).
