Hello, glad you liked Malta. We purchased an apartment last year a word of warning though. If the place isn't finished then do not expect it to be finished when they tell you it will be! The apartment block in which we have purchased is still not finished and it has now been two years for some of the apartments since they were promosed it would be finished.

Always keep a retainer back until the place is finished. Should you need to ask any other questions then please do.
