Its only a small resort, you could walk past them all in an evening. I've never had a bad meal or found a bad bar there yet. My only gripe would be that choice is a little limited if your stuck there.
For a first visit Gala Galdana is a great choice for most people. Shame you never mentioned age group, kids, month you will arrive etc.

Grab a car if you can, the driving is easy and there is a lot you will miss if you don't make the effort to get out of C.G.
