Check out Carjet. You can get an online quote. They are extremely reasonable and reliable.

Just getting quotes for a trip in June - we are looking at something to seat four adults and a child seat, so Zafira, Multipla, Galaxy etc and we need an extra driver. Quotes are ranging from £200ish to £700 (yes seven hundred) pounds for a week's hire.

http://www.doyouspain.com and holidayautos through the Jet2 website are currently cheapest. I get a small discount on Hertz hire and they were about £300 as were Carjet, so we won't be using them.
