I have booked a villa in Callao Salvaje for July and was wondering if anyone can tell me what the local supermarket(s) is like.
Where would the nearest large supermarket or shopping centre be located ?
There is 3 supermarkets and one mini market, I have always found the sommerfield to be the best ( it is right across from main bus stop ) It has all you need and sell mostly english products if you are looking for all that. The others are equaly good.
Los Olivios at top of road through Armenemie you will find the Hyper Trebol and the Mercadonna which are hypermarkets. you can see both from the main road and the Buses 472 and 473 take you too them.
Any more info o9n Callao just holler< we have bought an appartment there so quite clued up on the place.
