We have stayed at the Phoenix Park and had no problems with cleanliness always kept clean and the sevice was brilliant all rooms a/c and included in the price. I always like a balcony but not that bothered in Goa as its so hot we sit in with a/c on. so this year i am going to email them and ask for a room over the reception, these are newer rooms a little bigger with nicer decor but no balcony.If you want any more info by all means get in touch.

It may look like a vendetta against the spice garden opp the Magnum, it isn't, they just have awful food at high prices, Tony's place just down from the Magnum, same side of the road is very good and very cheep

Its a great hotel. If you have any requests e-mail direct to the hotel. Also they will pick you up at taxi prices from the airport if you ask them. You could not have a better choice.
