Probably not possible to do directly ... you might need to fly on the return from Agadir to Casa and then back to Scotland.
You might try looking at Atlas Blue's website - they are the charter arm of Royal Air Maroc. All the best.

Fly BA with connection at Gatwick for Gibraltar. Regular boats to Tangiers from Algeciras (20 minutes from Gibraltar) then pick up cheap internal Royal Air Morac flights from Tangiers. Will need to do a bit of work on it - but if you are flexible you could end up with a bargain!
