I think all of the tours go from the resorts in the Antalya area.We went for 3days,2nights from Side and it wasnt long enough as its such an amazing place.I think hiring a car may be your only option unless someone knows if any trips are available from Hisaronu.I picked up leaflets of the tours available from there when we stayed in Olu and I dont think Cappadocia was included.

I do not know about organised trips from tour operators in Hisaronu.

If you go to the otogar in Fethiye you should be able to find a bus which goes to Goreme/Kappadokya.

It is a long journey about 13 or so hours. Accommodation can be found on arrival at Goreme otogar through the tourist office or pansiyon reps or take a look on the internet.

Days out can be arranged through your accommodation or again at the tourist office or do your own thing.
