Been to ta and obtained quote for 12 day cruise in the summer 2008. Price quoted was reasonable and she said that was her best offer with discount. Went to another ta today and she quoted similar price and this was conveyed to me during her phone call with Carnival so I know it did not include discount. Any advice on what I should do. I really do not like bartering would just like the ta to give me their bottom price.
