I would like to give my friend who lives in Tenerife a herb garden. They have a very small apartment and I thought a set of herbs would go very well there. I would like to know if Spanish police will throw me into jail if I carry sets of herb seeds through the airport. Can anyone tell me where to get official information of carrying in sets of seeds? When I search on the internet I get details of importing in ton quantities.
