I have a holiday booked with thomas cook and paid @ £45 each for the 3 of us to go on good daytime flights due to my boy being only 5, they have just changed our flights to what are in effect evening flights.
When we have telephoned them on numerous occasions to ask for a refund of flight supplements, they say they are well within theyre rights to change flights as is mentioned in the small print (which no one ever reads do they?) and that they are not going to refund any moneys at all.
Is this the case or can i take this further. any advice greatfully recieved.
As long as it's within 12 hours then there's nothing you can do I'm afraid. Has the return flight changed also to reflect the 'lost' hours?
