I haven't actually changed money in Candolim as we were in Calangute and found a good exchange there. However, I know a lot of people use the Elephant shop in Calangute. I am not exactly certain of its whereabouts as I think it has moved since we were there last. As I remember it, it was opposite Newtons supermarket.
