Hi Gaz welcome to HT.. you don't say from where or where to so for a start look at lowcost beds [goggle] they will give a selection of accommodation and flight cost you will need to sort you own transfers
http://www.greatlatedeals.co.uk a try. We booked with them and they do some amazing deals from time to time.
You could give
we got a cheap deal to marmaris £165 for one week self catering going tomorow from holidays4u we booked it seven weeks ago
We found "Right Holidays" who advertise on Teletext to give fantastic deals to Turkey. They came out for us (and a few others on this Forum) a lot lot cheaper than other Tour Operators.

Yes i agree we have booked with Right Holidays and we saved over £250 on the price we where going to have to pay with Goldtrail or Holidays 4 U.
They have a web site
http://www.rightholidays.com/
but you have to ring for a price but they take your number and ring you back.
I had never heard of it before but it does seem good, it gives you good flights too (as in thomson, thomas cook etc... not only Turkish airlines)
We found holidays4u to be very reasonable. Another good option is ICR
Look on Thomsons website and price the hotel and flight separately,It sometimes works out as much as half the package price(nearer you departure date though).
