Hi Chelsea Boy. Can you email me re: links for Hisaronu to go on our web site. I called a Club Rena last week to try to get some info to leave at our villa - Villa Guller. I managed to get a business card and have lest this in our folder at the villa

Ok.....its world cup year and our wonderful lads will hopefully do the biz. i will be flying the flag in Hisaronu and if you guys on the jeep safari see my england flags then please give a chorus of Engerland engerland................. it will amuse the locals no end.....

hi paul, raining here at the moment so haven't been to villa yet, no-one wants to see rainy pictures........lol...should brighten up tomorrow so will get new pics for website.

No sadly wont be able to come to Turkey this year - no holiday for us :cry:

You are most welcome to use the photos - have a lot more too especially of the peninsulas. (not sure if its ok to post a lot of photos on here??)

jay trip......... we still see the purple bus around the village occasionally. Nowadays its mainly jeep safaris and village tours.
Bobian.. pity you cant make it this year.... can always pm photos...much appreciated..

We are in Akyaka for a week from 5th June. Don't know if we will manage to visit Hisaronu. Hubby will need to be persuaded once we get there. I think if we did go it would be tight to do it in a day given that the dolmus from Akyaka arives in Marmaris about 10.30 and leaves at 4 in the afternoon. I may show him the photos and see if I can talk him into an overnight stay. He tends to just like to veg out once we arrive in Akyaka especialy as we only have the week , I can but try!

fionay.try catching the mugla buses from the main road they run very frequently.....our buses go on the hour every hour and take 30 mins to get here.

I know that the Akyaka dolmus terminates close to the harbour in Marmaris. Just up fromthe tomato pizza place. Is that anywhere near where we could catch the one to Hisaronu and are there likely to be available rooms at Club Rena if we decided to stay the night or would we need to book ahead? Nothing definate decided as yet but I'm working on hubby!
