Hi folks, can someone who's een to marmaris recently tell me if it is best to buy cigerettes on the plane or when we land in duty free ... and it would be helpful if someone can tell me how much the english cigerettes are and the LM cigerettes are..
Also would be useful knowing prices for drinks and meals in the resorts,, Thanks
if you go on the airline your flying with you can get on to their duty free they sell on the flight it gives you prices on there. we flew with thomas cook to grancaneria in august it was cheaper the more you bought . we only paid £65 for 600 lambert & butler yet it was £25 for 200 . hope this helps .
If I remember correctly Lambert were £21 for 200 on the flight (Jet 2)
A bit dearer in duty free UK.
The Lamberts in shops in Turkey were quite different to the 'real' ones bought in duty free
The barcode for cigs (& other products) manufactured in the UK starts with 50
Beware that almost all cigs bought in the shops in Turkey are fake!
we got ours on the plane
