We have been to Malta in June and it did reach 40 degrees C a couple of days, but usually between 30-40C.
Plenty of info and good advice in this existing topic http://www.holidaytruths.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=317
Thanks a lot!
The hottest month in Malta is usually August. And the most humid's September. Although the weather can be unpredictable at times, I'd say that June and July(beginning) should be quite pleasant.
