These are situated at the top end of San An Bay next door to the Costa Sur Hotel, they used to be called the Fiesta Apartments but were taken over by the El Grupo Playa Sol which owns just about all the hotels on the island and refurbished last year. There are bars and restaurants close by and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. They actually look very nice, when we went in may this year they were not open but looked like they were being cleaned and made ready.
