We are about to book the Maritim Antonine in Mellieha for a week next January. Anyone any comments about the hotel? We will be booking a comfort room with garden/side sea view as the other comfort rooms overlook the street and the village.

We are considering booking b&b only as the difference in the cost of b&b and half board seems to be the same as if you paid for the buffet meal when there. It also would give us opportunity to try the pizzeria in the hotel which by all accounts is very good.

Are there regular buses from Mellieha to other parts of Malta? Hubby does not want to hire a car as he finds driving in Malta stressful!!

Any advice much appreciated.
