Hello
I am disabled and use sticks and/or wheelchair. Really want to go to Sharm El Sheikh and have lookedat The Coral Sea Resort or The Holiday Village. Does anyone know if the resort and/or these hotels are accessible ? I am having trouble finding e mail addresses for the hotels ?
Thanks in advance
Jules
We were at the CSR in July/Aug and the man in the room next to us was using stcks and a wheelchair. The staff were excellent with all his needs, they take everyones luggage to and from the rooms and to save him hunting for his room on arrival there is a resident golf buggie type thing which took him to his room. Ask for rooms 2021-2026 they are in ideal location to get to and fro from the pool.

The Coral Sea also has easy access to the beach and front pathways (in fact easy access all round the hotel) where as the Holiday Village is higher up and has steps down to the beach area.
The HV has steps to the beach in parts but there is a path next to the speciality restaurants that lead straight to the beach, and one near the lighthouse. There were a couple of wheelchair users here when we were there last month.
Thanks everyone for your replies - we will be booking soon. One more question, sorry, does anyone know if there are any excursions available that caters for disabled people. I will have a go at anything ...
Thanks again
Jules
