Is it the Grand Anthelia - if it is the location is excellent - del Duque beach on one side and Fanabe the other.

If its near Beach, probably Torviscas Playa, or Bougainville Playa - they are near San Eugenio. Gran Anthelia is quite a way from them

Hi, If it is the Bourganville you are staying at then have no worries, excellent hotel, and opposite the bars etc. well sited for all the ameneties

Could also be Las Dalias, thats nearest to the shopping centre

It sounds very much like the Bouganville Playa to me, this is a very nice hotel opposite some nice bars and restaurants and close to most of what you need.

Las Dalias is okay, we stayed there about 4 years ago, but we prefer the Bouganville. They aren't far from each other and near to bars, shops etc. In fact we've just booked the Boug for our regular Christmas break - can'lt wait!

I was really looking forward to going to the Las Dalias, cos it has got some really good reviews, but we were disappointed with it. We had a rubbish room, it was near the main road and noisy, and the patio area was all over grown so we couldn't sit out, which made the room quite dark as well. The pool area in December didn't get much sun and the food wasn't that great. On our first morning down to breakfast pretty much everything was cold, so it wasn't a good start for us. Hope you fare better.

just back from coasta adeje, stayed in riu palace goes under la caleta, walked along promenade after evening meal and good few resterants and bars looking over sea lovely and peaceful.

hiya this year will be our fourth time we have been to tenerife and stayed at hotel las dalias and we find it to be a great hotel .It must be otherwise we wouldnt keep going back.

going to ocean resort in august, but wondering if The Optomist is still open and if so, is the same singer entertaining the patrons with his own style of singing. The last time we were in the pub they had a large bottle of Grolsh being used as a menu board and the singer was trying to sing Roy Orbisson and Johnny Cash records, though not very well. Still it was a good laugh!!!
