Emma.
the report on this site was written by me
we, family of 4 had a great time here, and could not fault the accomodation one bit
was a little small, but for £450 for 2 weeks august was fantastic
you dont stay in much anyway! as it is private accomodation, there is no entertainment, but no hassle or noise either!
pool and restaurant to rear, town and beach 5 mins away
you can use cristina's facilities across road if nessessary
book through owner on INVALID URL dadlives in a bungalow next door to apartment and he does airport taxi run a lot cheaper

hope this helps

Sorry this might be a really silly question but we will be arriving quite late in the evening to the Cristina Apartments. I think we land around 6.00pm (local time) and allowing for luggage collections and travel to resort (Cala Millor), I am expecting to get there about 8.30pm ish at the earliest.

Does anyone who has been recently (or in the past) know what time the hotel supermarket closes? Will there be anywhere to purchase bottled water, milk, cereal etc close by? And also, what time does the hotel restaurant close on an evening?

With luggage allowances etc, I don't want to have to carry water/milk/cereal in my suitcases but obviously, if nowhere is open then I will have to rethink and I do like my cup of tea while im unpacking
I assume that the resort shops and restaurants will be open but with a young daughter who will be very tired, I dont want to have to go too far on our first night as an early night will be the priority for her.

Many thanks in advance for any replies.

Sarah :)

theres a spar near by hun adn that does not close till late - so you shoudl be alright to get milk

but i alwasy take a few teabags and some coffee with me and you know the little packets of cereal and a carton of long life milk cos it does not take up much room in your bag espescially if you have a young one adn they are tired, a few packets of biscuits and some nuts for your self or dreid fruit
