She is Head of Marketing.

Manager of Marketing at the Express is Steven Verna, tel: 0871 520 7614.

Lara Dorrington sits next to Sian at the Express (don't know her job title, but she can help too), but you should go through Express switchboard: 0871 434 1010 for both of them.

FOR NEW USERS OF THE DAILY EXPRESS £10 CRUISE FORUM:

The Louis Cruise Lines cruises to Libya are no longer available, Louis are now out of the picture. Contact Rise immediately at http://www.risetravel.co.uk/holidaytruths.

If Rise say that no more £10 cruises are available, contact the Daily Express immediately - they will contact Rise for you. See previous posts for telephone numbers etc.

If Rise try to force you to pay for transfers to/from cruise terminals, or want to sell you upgrades you don't want, contact the Daily Express.

I wouldn't recommend using these personal numbers unless you have exhausted all other resources.

Try Daily Express
Try Trading Standards
Try them both again
If none of that works then maybe you have a case for phoning directly.

Certainly, don't phone without good reason as you'll just make things difficult for those who have genuine need.

These are MKM tel. numbers from the financial statements.
The more the people at MKM get affected the greater chance of them doing something proper about this offer. Even a press release to all cruisers would be nice.

Do agree that its best to use the other options first.

Haven't got his personal numbers YET but watch this space :twisted:
