Don't want to put a damper on your hols, but just a word of warning to all you watersports enthusiasts. We went on a banana boat ride in Tunisia last year, and as we were thrown off, the gent sitting behind my daughter fell on top of her and she broke 2 ribs. Luckily it was the last day of our hols and we waited til we got home before going to the hospital. (my daughter is 25) I don't know where we would have stood insurance wise if we'd had to get treatment out there. I know watersports are fun but just be aware that accidents can and do happen.
