A few weeks ago, I heard that there were a couple of lads going around the pubs on the strip, selling "Laughing Gas" out of baloons to the youngters. I assumed it was a fairly harmless "buzz" for these kids, and they seemed to be doing a roaring trade.
However I read an article whilst in England over the weekend, and learnt that the sale of "Nitrous Oxide" is illegal in UK, and it is quite dangerous, particularly if taken with alcohol. I've done a bit of research on it since, and it really is a risky business, with a lot of people suffering headaches, and there is a risk of death to the wrong person.
If you, or anyone you know is visiting Majorca (and probably most other resorts popular with youngters) then please take great care.
Cheers
Adam
