Don't know of individual vans but if you contact the local tourist info of the town you fancy they should have a list of vans for hire that are specifically fitted out for disabled folk or at least campsites that say they have some vans adapted for us

But don't forget to specify how severely disabled you are as some statics may only have a very steep ramp to the lounge doors it depends on what the owners have been prepared to pay out for ironwork.
