We had rooms reserved and fully paid for at the Renaissance Golden View Beach Resort ( a Marriott property) in Sharm el Shiekh. Upon arrival and presentation of our voucher, we were told the rooms were cancelled. We received no notice from Alpha Rooms prior to or upon returning home. A UK poster on Trip Advisor had the same trouble at the same hotel. She was fully refunded. Alpha Rooms has ignored my multiple emails since Oct. 29 and has only responded when the UK customer kindly gave me her contact person's name. Alpha Rooms continues to stall and makes no attempt at restitution or apology. This also happened to 5 groups of Italians and additional UK people. I have read many complaints about the poor customer service given by this company. Emails to the corporate executives are also ignored. Beware of booking rooms with Alpha Rooms.
