They give the recipe using meat but it can be left out. We've eaten it in Luxor several times and found it to be delicious!

Funnily enough , my little bouncing bear, its always been hot weather when i've eaten it!
Try what we had tonight. Puy lentils cooked with carrot (naturally), celery and onion, hint of garlic, then, on top of that a chicken breast stuffed with a good ripe brie cheese. HEAVEN!!!
Briar, you're winding me up aren't you? You know I was a chef!!! Marks and Sparks!!!! Huh!!! Pop round for dinner some time.
I'll be round as soon as Everest and Mrs E have gone! Got to feed a mountain and the foothill tomorrow!
You cheeky little bear!
I was quite surprised at the taste of camel! It's like a cross between lamb and beef - but longer grained.
