Went on holiday August 2008, stayed in a villa in Benaguasil, Spain.
Party of 8 people, 4 adults & 4 children, we got there and could not believe our eyes....
what a beautiful, huge looking place. The grounds were so big, swimming pool was 10x5 with sunbeds, which was big enough for us all.
It had about 5 different areas, barbie area with bar, hot tub, outside toilet etc.... gardens area with fountain display etc.....
tennis court/ football area etc..... washing area for clothes etc..... no-one around, so you could make as much noise as you like!!!
The Villa was decorated lovely with all cons from "ikea".

Anway to get back to the complaints bit..... we looked after the place like it was our own. When closely looking around, we notice that the place needed a good clean, there was dust everywhere, dirty underwear under children beds, dirty dishes left in dishwasher, swimming pool was slightly green, outside toilet door handle was broken, could not have a shower in main bathroom as door would not open... had to take door off and fix, lost 4 days in the swimming pool as kept going green, and when we told the man about it, it took him ages to come around and sort it out. Complaint to the owner, but have not heard a thing nor have we received any deposit etc...... back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We did make the most of our holiday by having a few drinks, and what with the company of our fantastic family, our 2 weeks was great!!!!!!!!!
