Yes, you can drive in Turkey on a UK licence.
The road signs in Turkey are very easy to understand, but if you ask your car hire company for a highway code map they should be able to help you.

make sure you have the credit card license with your photo on it. They can't process points for misdemeanours but they can spot fine.
The speed limit is 90 km unless you are on a motorway. The road signs are universal and the Turks tend to use more of them...happy travels!

if you don't have a photo card licence make sure you also carry your passport with your normal green licence this seems ok
