Gatwick to Faro also released this morning.
lpool to alicante if i type in one person the price comes up £33.99 out and £27.89 return if i book for three persons it is £37.32 out and £30.56 return this is before any add ons( ie insurance and luggage)
it doe's not make sense to me i have double checked and triple checked
Can't explain the reason but would suggest phoning and try to get the cheaper price. It does seem strange and unfair, though I know if a larger number of passengers are going the price does seem to increase.
Prices With EasyJet Are Based On Supply And Demand, Normally They Have x Number Of Seats At y Price, (eg the first x seats for £20, the next x for £45 and so on).
As Is The Case Then With Many Bookings When You Book For More Than One Person The Booking Then Has To Be Pushed To The Next Price Range As You Have Gone Over the x Seats Being Sold At The Lower Price.
This Is How Easyjet's System Works And Phoning Their Booking Line Will Unfortunately Get You Nowhere.

Splitting the booking into 2 and booking 1A+1C (twice) can obviously cause big problems if you dont make the second booking in time and there are no more seats for the rest of the family!
Chris
It's happened to me several times & to be fair to eJ if I've checked after booking the prices have always gone up & my fare, based on the 2 of us normally going are correct for the combination/average of the two different prices.

Summer 2010 from Bristol to Corfu now on sale
Newcastle to Malta summer July August on sale now much cheaper than Thomas Cook etc.
Summer flights from Manchester are now available through Flightline.co.uk for anyone like me who can't bear to wait another day. Booked my Corfu flights last night!
Also now available through Travel Republic. Just got 4 return flights to Dalaman including checked luggage for £440. Can't argue with that. Just need the e-mail confirmation now and I'll be happy!
With the departure of Ryanair from Basel/Mulhouse on 2 December, Easyjet plan to open more routes to consolidate their base at BSL, and will deploy another aircraft there as its 'home base' in early 2010. These new routes will be announced from mid-December.
I see on their website they now do the following boarding...
Group 1 Speedy Boarding or Speedy Boarding Plus
Group SA special assistance and families
Group 2 Everyone else scrambling for seats
So where does group A come into it now
EasyJet Do The Following:
- Speedy Boarding And Plus Card Holders
- Special Assistance
- Thoes In Group A
- Thoes In Group B
Group A Being the First 'X' Amount Of Passengers To Check In, Then It Group B Are The Next 'X' Amount

Group A Being the First 'X' Amount Of Passengers To Check In, Then It Group B Are The Next 'X' Amount
There is nothing on our confirmation stating what group - are you saying that the earlier we check-in, the earlier we board? Hope so, as I like to check in as soon as the desks open
are you saying that the earlier we check-in, the earlier we board?
No Shirley as the boarding cards aren't neccessarily given out in the order that Gower states, although that is the order in which boarding happens. We have been in the 1st few at check in & been given a "B" boarding card. There is no seat allocation numbers though, similar to other budget airlines. If you have to have a bus out to the plane of course - it doesn't really matter if you're speedy boarding or not, all you'll do is sit on the bus until its full and ready to leave.

This statement isn't in fact correct then?

That could be because all the A cards had been taken by those using the on-line check in before your flight as you would not know how many of these there were.

It has been every time I have flown with easy jet (twice a year) but then I don't think as many people use on-line check in down in Bristol. It is often as Helen says the case that even if I have turned up within the first 20 I can sometimes get a B card.

Have you thought about adding speedy boarding to your booking, means there is no need to be at the check in desks really early, and you are in the first group to be called for boarding

Anyone used credit from another booked flight on a new flight?
If so how do you do it and where, ive got as far as step 5 checkout and dont want to click BOOK NOW as i guess it will confirm without deducting my £29.98

We will be going from Bristol so I'm going to take my chances. There are only 2 of us so hopefully we'll get 2 seats together - not fussed whereabouts on the plane.
