Are there any more ebay holiday shoppers ?
Although I've never bought a holiday on ebay, I've found some amazing bargains for my holidays. Unusual kaftans and designer beach wear , that I would normaly never have been able to afford, or find elsewear.
Many of the books I read on holiday have been from ebay, and all the jibbitz for my Crocs were found there
I buy everything off ebay from my holiday bikini to a 3 piece sofa, the list is endless,(and have had many a bargain!) and would be here all day listing my bargains , would even buy a holiday off ebay, but the dates we wanted to go, no holidays were listed for then All my sons designer holiday clothes are bought from ebay (for about 1/3 of the price - they would normally cost! - and he knows no different ), I have bought thomson holiday vouchers in bulk (and saved a couple of hundred quid). Thank god for ebay! Its saved me hundred's( if not thousands) of quid
Me too. Ebay is my favourite online shop. I also won a holiday from Thomson. Guess where my hubbys and kids laptops came from as well. . Karen
Havent done any holiday shopping on Ebay, but recently bought a brand new solid oak TV unit from there and we are really pleased with it, only paid £147 and it really is solid. Its the same as the one in the link.
i buy a lot of brand new designer clothes for ellie off ebay. my hubby bought his van off there. my friend won a thomson holiday and she said it was great although ive never won one myself. but i do buy a fair amount of things off ebay for kids and hubby but nothing for me so far lol, hubby got his motor bike, helmet ,bike clothing etc too and was really pleased with it all
I have bought loads from ebay for my hols , things like a bikini, beaded sandals, lots of lovely silver jewellry, books, aftersun, mini perfumes, and at the moment I have got my eye on some kipling luggage, oh and a travel pillow.
I'm also a big fan of e bay. Bought myself 3 books, a bikini a lovely pair of silver sandals, & a sarong for hols to name but a few things. I'm also a big fan of price-drop tv.
Once bought a Fred perry Tracksuit on Ebay and sold it 9months later for more than I paid for it!!!!!!!!!!
Hubby uses it a lot and sells all his old games on there once he's finished with them but I've never bought anything from Ebay.
I don't like taking my expensive jewellery on holidays, I just take costume stuff. I bought a beautiful gold tone watch on e bay yesterday for £5 with free delivery. I've received it this morning and its gorgeous!
Sounds lovely that helen, just what I am looking for myself, I don't suppose you have the link (That is, if they are selling more than 1).
hi bellyballyboo! Not much good with this link business, but I've just had alook & there are more for sale. If you type in ladies gold plated watch into the search box on the main page you'll see them. There's one going tonight and afew others in 3 or 4 days. They're priced at £6.99 but they took my best offer of £5. Can't be bad. I'll be happy if it just lasts me the fortnight.
just bought a large kipling soft holdall on wheels , it is lovely and brand new, I saved £25 on the shop price
I buy Gatineau, Decleor, Molton Brown, OPI Nail Envy and other cosmetics from eBay at considerably lower prices than in the shops or from QVC. I haven't as yet had any real problems. I have even bought stuff from Canada and Hong Kong, the products from Canada took only 6 days to get here.
Hubby suggested we look for an October bargain but I have to admit I'm skeptical about the whole thing and not sure how it would work - are they holidays from people who can't go anymore or from agents??
Most of the holidays though are auctioned off by thomson's. I Have a friend who won a holiday on ebay (Through thomsons), she got it for a really cheap price (although you do have to pay £20 per person booking fee - so keep this in mind when bidding!)

Thanks BBB
Our daughter bought a holiday off a private seller and it was fine. She had a phone number to contact them, and the travel agent, to sort out the name changes. The whole family of 4 went AI to Marmaris for 2 weeks for about £1000.
Just use a little common sense when buying, you can usually tell if something is "iffy".
I've just sold 2 Sugababe tickets for tonights showing for the total cost of £30.00 sombody got a bargin
