Thinking of booking a holiday in El Medano in mid september.
I'm 25 and will be travelling with 2 other friends. I want a nice relaxing 1 week holiday where I can just chill and unwind. Although being 25 I wouldn't mind a night out or two. I hear El Medano isn't great for nights out and Play Las Americas is the best bet. Any ideas how much it will cost in a Taxi or Bus to get somewhere a little more lively for the odd night out?
We will be staying all inclusive so don't want to spend much extra on the holiday so I'm trying to budget a little.
Any help is much appreciated.

Bus to Playa from El Medano, singl fare 3.50euro. Taxi fare single, anywhere between 30-40 euro.

Thats where we were looking to go. It does look very nice indeed. 40Euro's for a 20min trip!! Thats crazy. Not sure what to do. I'm Considering Benalmadena in Spain as well. Been there before, it's nice but you can still have a night out when you want.
A bloke in work went to Playa Las Americas and said it was quite rough with the local lads trying to pics fights with the British. There is no way I'm going on holiday to get trouble on a night out can't be doing with it! I work too hard to have my Holiday ruined!
Ether way its going to be a real change from my usual trip to India
