Friends of ours went to Tunisia PEK in February of this year and had glorious weather , all came back tanned , and looking at the photo's very sunny .

The weather will almost certainly be better than in the UK but sunshine is not guaranteed. I've seen photos of people in the outdoor pool at the El Hana Residence on Christmas Day with Santa on a camel beside it, but for the past few years it seems to have been cooler. My first visit many years ago was in February and it was glorious but it can be rather hit and miss.
