I have booked a ticket with Lufthansa to get to Alexandria El Nouza (ALY).
Can anyone find me a website for El Nouza airport..... I am worried it's actually Borg El Arab, which is a bit further out.
Can anyone confirm that Lufthansa fly into the airport close to the centre of Alex and not Borg el Arab?
I have visions of my OH being at the wrong airport!!!
Also, has anyone flew into frankfurt, is it ok?
I can confirm that Lufthansa's Frankfurt-Alexandria flights do operate to Al-Nozha Airport (ALY) and NOT Borg Al-Arab Airport (HBE). All airlines that serve Alex (with the exception of BA and Emirates) operate to the city centre Al-Nozha airport. The airport is a ten minute ride from the city centre unlike Borg Al-Arab airport which takes an hour.
that means we can be "home" in under an hour"..... Thanks!
