As a 20 a day smoker myself (and remembering the days when you would be able to smoke on the plane), in the beginning I thought I would struggle too. That proved not to be the case. In the back of your mind you know you can't smoke, so you automatically don't (well it does to me anyway).

But doesn't that first cigarette after your exited the arrivals hall taste ever so good
