End of march most places will stil be open, they start to wind down around mid april, but it all depends on how busy it is, there is no set time when shacks and restaurants close, just depends on demand and when the easter holiday falls, i was there until almost the end of April last year and many places were still open,

Goa usually winds down when the last Charter leaves. Some of the shacks stay open cause the domestic tourists come in then. I wouldnt want to go that late in the year as it gets really hot and humid. I was there till May last season and it was unbearable.
