We stayed at this campsite for ten days last summer. It is a fantastic site. Very clean and well kept. Great facilities, pool etc and lovely beach. The entertainment programme in the evenings at the amphitheatre is pretty good too, particularly for kids. The nearest town is a few miles away but there is a good supermarket across the road from the site as well as the onsite shop. The website for the campsite is http://www.barapark.es.
We drove from Barcelona airport to the site so I'm afraid I can't be much help with advice on how to get there from Reus. Salou is at least a half an hours drive from the campsite though. Possibly you could get a train to Tarragona or Coma Ruga and a taxi from there.
