Breakdown cover is simply insurance.

You can shop around for the cheapest deal but both names DO have a good reputation when there is a problem.

It is not until you have a problem that you find out if the cheap unknown are as good as they claim.

Try http://www.worldwideinsure.com they do european breakdown cover with green flag and are very competitive. Have used them a couple of times. cheers Jayjan

I have used the RAC service when I broke down in France (they even had an English speaking call centre) and found it excellent. Cannot comment on other breakdown covers and other countries.
