Gosh no.

Been twice and never even needed a pashmina. Evening temps don't drop that much from day time ones so still 27 /28 degrees at night.

Ohhhh Mismelly not long now! you lucky so and so! im going in July.

Which resort you going to?

I'm booked to go at the beginning of July.
I've read a bit about the weather generally, and I know it might be rainy (hopefully for short bursts etc) but now one of my friends is scaring me saying that it is cyclone season!!
Can anyone who has been in July tell me whether it was rainy occassionally (which is fine), rainy constantly (not so good), or cyclone?

I wouldnt worry, they will mostly be sort bursts. England is one of the most rainy countries and it dont rain here for weeks on end. You will get sun when you go. I went to the the Dom Rep last year and it only rained a few times in the evening and that was hurricane season. Im going early July too. Im expecting a bit of rain but not a lot. I thought it was classed as typhoon season?

You are so right - my friend was winding me up with the hurricane talk, so I am looking forward to it again!
