You recently resolved a problem for us( wrong hotel that was booked on your website) The hotel we were due to stay in this week was the Sultan Garden resort in Sharm. As you will be aware no flights this week have meant we were unable to go on holiday. We have been in contact with the Sultan Gardens to see if we could change the booking to a later date (Oct 2010) and they basically said that they dont recieve payment from you till a month or so after we have had our holiday and our best port of call would be yourselves. I have tried in vain to contact your department by phone so was hoping you could give us further guidance.
