You can find your own construction workers.
If you dont speak any Turkish it is difficult unless you have a Turkish friend. Having Turkish friends definately helps !!
You then get the quote, ask the chap where he done his work, and then go and view his work ! This gives you an idea of his standard. This is usual practice as far as we know !
Get three or even four quotes, visit the work to see which is best, and then NEGOTITATE !
