I made a group booking through First choice last year for 7 of us for a 14 day hol in pefkos in rhodes. A week after I made the booking another two people wanted to come along.
So off I toddle to First choice and say can I add two more people to the booking they are like well they'll have to be booked on a serparte booking . I'm like ok then no probs
Now 9 months later when we've come to pay the hol off it turns out the dippy agent has only booked a 7 day holiday for the other two people and now there is nothing they can to as the hotel is fully booked for our second week.
I'm gutted and really upset, my friends are upset and all first choice say is well you signed for it so there nothing we can do I understand I signed for it and didnt check the fine details but what i asked for wasn't rocket science! And the fact the travel agents have not taken any responsibilty for this is upsetting all they say is weel you signed for it and the agent which booked you has left now
.Sorry i know no one can help but I'm just really upset about it all at the mo.
