I am going to Sunny Beach on 3rd Sept and was wondering if I could do any Fishing (either Sea or Fly) and if you can buy fishing eqipment cheaply in the Area.

Last year my son did a bit of sea fishing down at the southern end of Nessebar, he bought the fishing gear at the Gypsy Market, which is on tours but taxis will also take you and hang around to bring you back for about £15

My son tells me the prices were brilliant and much much cheaper than hes used to paying, he thinks the collapsable boat rod, reel with line and a couple of traces worked out about £10. While there he just asked around the bars at the seafront about fishing and he was taken out a few times for just a couple of quid for the day, and they know all the best spots

toltec, you could try Lidl's before you go, I have just got a one handed rod(like a case handle) weight, one hundred metres of line and 6 lures attached. £2.99, popped into local poundland got a pack of four spinners complete for £1. Tonyt.

there are plenty of fishing tackle shops close to sunny beach if you walk through bazaar there is a small tackle shop;
there are two near the bus terminus at old nessabur selling rods reels bait ect also there are adverts for organised fishing trips freshwater for carp or seafishing; tackle and bait included; cost approx 50 lev £17.50 for the day.

i have a very small cork float/rig set up, well it is a float (cork) threaded onto line with shots wrapped around a piece of cork!!! plan on buying sum bread and fishing sumwhere on the beach!!! maybe further out in my little dingy!
