it looks very much like the OP did not realise that they had to do on-line check in with ryanair and print their tickets.
as i read it they got the e-mail which covered all aspects of their holiday but then had to pay £40 each at the airport. this is the normal charge ryanair make for reissuing a ticket at the airport.
so it looks like the OP just did not print their ticket before going to the airport.
A representative from Fleetway has come on the thread and has corrected the initial problem, which I am sure was down to the customers error.
I think the title may make other HT users think - if they don't actually read the thread - that there is still a problem.

It would be nice if the OP (who has been on HT since the Fleetway response / goodwill offer) was to make some form of reply or thanks to the comments and offer from Fleetway.
