I am 63 years old and on a pension of £200 per week for 2 of us so i am careful about saving up for holidays which i have about every three years.
I paid fleetway travel to go to Benidorm and they assured me that everything was sorted. On the last few days I waited for my booking tickets and they did not arrive. I called and the girl said she would send them to my email address which she did not. So, I had to pay an extra £80 to Ryanair for two booking tickets.
On arrival at benidorm I found that you can't contact an 0844 number from Europe, so i went to reception who tried. Then sent two emails to Fleetway who never replied. I then spent loads of cash trying to find another number for Fleetway. In the end I got through, and a women told me that she had sent the booking tickets and i was lying basically. On my return I called again and another women told me they had sent me the booking tickets and to check my spam as it may have gone there.
They have not sent me any booking tickets whatsoever and they said they will look in to it after 28 days. While they decide to pay me or not, they spoil my holiday, told me i was a liar, and are now making me wait for a return message for 28 days.
Beware Fleetway travel, no contact numbers. On the website it says we will not accept any emails for disputes so basically you are stuffed. Then they tell you that because they may send it wrong it may go to your junk box.
I will let you know the results about my case, sorry about my spelling my eye sight is bad
