The forecast is for up to 6" of snow this afternoon/evening then a sunny but cold day tomorrow

If I was you I would get to the airport and checking on time, if the flight is delayed it has still got to go some time even if it was a couple of days late but I think you would only be delayed by a few hours if it is an early morning flight and if later in the day you should be ok

You should be able to check the incoming flight on line to see if it has left Goa
