Your tour operator will make a judgement based on the current conditions. If they decide it's safe to go, then your flight / holiday will operate as per your booking. If they deam it too dangerous, they'll generally offer an alternative of cancel your holiday. Terms and conditions will be available in the brochure / on the website of the tour operator.

Thanks Dazbo. I'd rather be relocated than have to cancel a long awaited holiday. I'l check with packyourbags.com who we booked through. Theu gy who has been in contact with me is really helpful. I'll see what he says as I emailed them last night. I'd rather go back to Cyprus, but on the A.I. basis as thats what we're booked for in Cancun.
a freind of mine is going to mexico this sunday,,,,, im seeing them tonight so ill ask what advice hes had??
I look forward to knowing how they are feeling about it all too! I had an email from my contact at the Tour operators, and he said everything is going to plan at the moment. I also went on line to the Sunset Holidays website, which take you to Thomas Cook, and our flight at the moment is going as planned next Monday.
Im still looking to going to Cancun though.
i would imagine the worst would be over then, but what about the actual resort,, damage, i heard a news man say the beaches had been swept away?
good luck to all of you going and have a good holiday
Hi Hilda. Well, at least that flippin hurricane has gone. Our TO confirmed on Mon that the holiday is going ahead, but I'm doubly confirming today now that "Dean" has fled the country!!
