There is a very small airport in El Gouna, not operating international flights, just a few internal flights - Cairo, Sharm and Luxor. For more information on schedules:
Orascom Aviation, ext 2151 (El Gouna)
Weekly flights from Cairo to El Gouna's private airport and over day flight service to Luxor and Sharm El Sheikh as well as private air shuttle service.
